Chin-Chau is a senior technologist and IT executive with over three decades of building and managing IT organizations.

He brings with him in-depth hands-on technical experiences in leading and managing implementation of cutting edge IT systems, including:

• Setting up the technical organizations, technologies and practices as CTO for startups including mobility-as-a-service startup, banking software, and online gaming.

• Programme director for IDMPO, one of the first government initiative to establish a startup culture in Singapore.

• Helping a IT service provider grow 10+ times to more than 100 people in total staff strength, including helping set up the staff recruitment, development, and retention systems.

• Introduced agile development that enabled the implementation of a video streaming platform from zero to launch in less than 4 months.

• Setting up and managing various overseas development and operations centers.

• Provided technical training for technologies such Ruby-on-Rails, and Angular.

• Provided micro-services architecture consultancy for various projects.
