In early 2000's I co-founded a financial services software startup and ran it as the President and CTO for 6 years before selling the company to a listed IT services provider.

The company delivered a wide range of of solutions to banks and financial services provider around the region. Solutions included online retail and commerce banking, payment gateway, loan origination, Basel II based collateral risk management system.

As the most senior technical executive of the company, I was responsible for staff recruitment, HR policy implementation, sales support, technical architecture and review, project management and delivery.
